Leg Exercise, Curling, Arm And Feet Exercises At Home
People are becoming fitness freaks these days. Though they do not have time but then too they prefer going to gym and if they cannot then they do exercise at home. There are several exercise that you can do at home easily.Leg exercises: It can be performed by lying on your side and rising up each leg for 15 times. You can also take help of a chair and lift your legs in the backward direction.
Curling: It is a simple process. You can lie on your back, making both hands to get behind your back and elevating your upper body. You can repeat this movement for 10-15 times.
Arm exercises: These exercises are essential for toning up body muscles. You can use exercise band for doing arm exercise at home. You can make your feet to stay at one end of band and hold the other ends with each hand. Repeat the process to raise and lowering the band in up and down movement for 10 minutes. You can also use dumbbells for arm exercises.
Feet exercises: While sitting in front of computer, try to press down your toes in up and down movement. This will make blood circulation to flow in legs.
The easiest step is to put on a dance number and dance around 15-30 minutes. It makes cardiovascular movement stable and you get freshened up by working out. Do these exercises at home and stay fit.
